Join Sharon for a hatha practice in which you will explore and learn to access the pelvic floor and all its power. You'll discover your own imbalances and holding patterns and which poses target those muscles. With this awareness and knowledge you will be able to revitalize your regular practice with your feminine energy and power. As you discover and incorporate your findings into your asana, you will begin to discover your access to your pelvic floor in daily life completing your core strength.
