I will lead you through some slow, gentle Prenatal Yoga flowing circle practices to promote flexibility and healthy circulation in your pelvis. Integrating techniques from HypnoBirthing, I will then use guided visualisation to take you into a state of blissfully deep relaxation resulting in a quality well rested feeling. During the relaxation, you will be guided on a journey that will build your confidence in your body's ability to give birth, deepen your connection with your baby, and release your fears about birth. You will learn to use your breath in a profound way to connect with your baby, your pelvis, and your intuition.
