Join me for a bit of pregnancy self-care because taking care of yourself is taking care of your baby.  Restoring your peace of mind is giving a bit of peace to your baby.  Gentle stretching, calming breath practices, restorative rest, and guided relaxation...  and, of course, a bit of silence.  Any stage of pregnancy, no yoga experience required.
